Returns & Refunds
We’re all about creating happy brides, which is why we’ll do everything to ensure your experience is a super one. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what we’ll do to turn your frown upside down.
Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know of your intention to return it. Once your returned item(s) are received by Sixty Secrets, please allow 7 – 10 working days to receive the refund of your item(s) less shipping costs. Refunds will be paid back to the account from which they were paid.
Sixty Secrets does not accept refunds on sale items unless items are faulty.
How & where do I return it?
Items must be returned as new and, to ensure no damage in transit, must be in the box/packaging that you received them in.
We recommend that you return your order via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged items during transit and therefore we advise that you insure your parcel. Sixty Secrets will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Please include your original order number (a string of numbers, eg: #123) so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.

Exchange of faulty items
If, for some reason, your order is faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return your order (as per the instructions above). Then allow 7 – 10 business days for us to receive the returned item(s), process your new order and deliver it back to you.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com. So long as your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel it and arrange a refund into the account from which your order was placed.
